AI Tool Directories to Submit Your Tool

Choose by audience and requirements before applying. Every selected resource is visible without signing in.

AI tool directories30

Choose a directory that matches a real task your product solves. Prepare a working landing page, a short use case, pricing and a clean logo. Editorial review and free queues can delay publication; we have no measured review times. A paid fast lane describes a provider offer, not a guarantee of acceptance or referral traffic.

Startup and product launch platforms10

Launch communities often need more preparation than a directory form: a clear maker profile, product screenshots and a focused launch message. Creating a product page and entering a featured launch are separate steps. Check account requirements and scheduling rules first. We have not measured approval delays or compared traffic from these platforms, so choose by audience fit rather than an assumed launch-day result.

Community lists and open-source collections5

An Awesome list is a maintained collection with contribution rules, not an automatic submission service. Read the repository's current instructions before opening a pull request. Some accept a broad range of tools; others require agents, original work, evidence of use or a separate website application. Maintainers decide what belongs, and there is no measured acceptance timeline in this edition.

Chinese AI navigation sites5

These resources are useful when your product has a Chinese description and can serve the directory's audience. Prepare localized screenshots, an accurate category and a contact address that reaches the maker. A public form does not establish a free listing. Some sites use paid cooperation or a badge-based route; review the official instructions before purchasing placement or adding a link.

Submission questions

How long does a directory review take?

There is no reliable average in this edition because we have not submitted and timed these applications. Free queues, editorial selection and paid priority lanes follow different rules. Check the current submission page for a provider's estimate, save your receipt or confirmation, and record the actual publication date separately. A stated estimate is not our measured result.

Do I need to add a backlink or badge?

Only some routes require one. The table distinguishes a mandatory link, a link needed for the free tier, an optional badge and an unverified condition. Read the destination and placement requirements before changing your site. If you do not want a reciprocal link, choose an explicitly optional route or compare a paid alternative rather than assuming every free plan has the same terms.

Are these dofollow backlinks?

We do not publish a dofollow percentage because outgoing-link attributes have not been audited across these listings. A directory's submission instructions, a badge on your own site and the eventual link to your product are different things. Check the published listing itself after acceptance. Treat a useful audience and a relevant product description as selection criteria instead of a guaranteed ranking benefit.

What should I do if my product is rejected?

First compare the product against the directory's published scope and required materials. Correct a broken URL, missing pricing, an unclear use case or an unsuitable category if the feedback identifies one. Do not repeatedly resubmit an unchanged application. A community list may simply have a narrower editorial scope; choose another suitable resource and keep your real outcome for the next update.

Are free directory submissions enough?

Start with a few relevant, clearly documented free options and check whether they produce a useful listing or qualified visits. Free does not mean no preparation: a platform may need an account, a reciprocal badge or manual review. Paying for placement is a separate decision and does not establish product demand. We have no measured conversion comparison between these free and paid routes.

Which submissions should I do first?

Prepare one accurate product description, logo, screenshots and public pricing page. Start with resources whose audience and inclusion rules clearly fit your product, then compare the account and backlink requirements. Record the date, submitted URL and real response yourself. This public selection is fixed; the full resource library adds broader coverage, filtering, pagination and Excel export according to your account access.
